Her more recent musical influences come from talents such as Annette Warner, whose comforting presence on stage, invites the listener while setting them at ease. Georgia has also found inspiration from the life-altering lyrics of The Indigo Girls' Emily Saliers. Georgia has embraced many artistic mediums along with her music, such as painting, wire sculpting, writing. anything that provides her freedom of expression.

Throughout her creative evolution and many personal transformations, Georgia's greatest thirst has been to provide awareness and hope for an audience who comes with an open mind as well as an open heart.

Now living in Greenville, NC and working in commercial media, Georgia is hard at work promoting Someone's Sister's first CD, Hand Me Downs, which was released at the end of 2004 and their more recent Cd Calm in the Chaos which has already gained much attention since it's 2009 release.  Both CD projects was produced and engineered by Karen Kane.   It is only a matter of time before Someone's Sister's sound will reach out to change the lives of many and offer pleasure to all.
